Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the relevant product and/or service.
After a Transaction is completed, the User may cancel the Transaction only where cancellation has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.
We retain sole discretion in approving any cancellation request and may ask for additional details before approving a request.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only circumstance in which you may request a replacement, return, or refund is where the product and/or service does not match the description provided on the Platform.
Any request for a refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction, or within such longer period as may be prescribed on the Platform. In no event will the applicable period be less than three days.
A User may submit a refund claim by raising a ticket through our contact page or by contacting us at info@vishwalabs.com.
Your request should include a clear and specific reason for the refund, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with proof where required.
Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us. We may ask for additional details or supporting information before approving any request.
